By registering for an account, accessing, or using MSME Growth CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use MSME Growth CRM only for lawful business operations and in compliance with all applicable data protection and anti-spam regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and WhatsApp Business Policies).

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with access remaining active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% application uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via your dashboard.
