Your CRM data is strictly used to provide, operate, and maintain the CRM software for your team. We do not sell your customer leads, contact numbers, or business metrics to third parties or advertising networks.

4. AI Processing & Privacy

When you invoke AI assistance (such as follow-up email generation or call summaries), only the immediate relevant snippet is transmitted to our AI gateway via encrypted API calls. Your proprietary business data is not used to train public foundation models.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request complete export or permanent deletion of your organization account and all related database records at any time by contacting support@crm.abinschandran.in.
